Nagpur: Prime Minister Narendra Modi praised the efforts made by chief minister Devendra Fadnavis in advancing the all-round development of remote and Naxal-affected areas, particularly in Gadchiroli district. In a post on social media platform ‘X', Modi expressed confidence that Fadnavis' visit to Gadchiroli at the start of the new year would bring positive changes to the region, improving the lives of its citizens.
During his visit, Fadnavis assured residents that Gadchiroli, once considered the most underdeveloped district in Maharashtra, would soon emerge as a model of progress.He announced plans for enhanced infrastructure and industrial development, aimed at improving the region's social harmony and bringing modern amenities to its people.
PM Modi also congratulated the citizens of Gadchiroli and surrounding areas for their enthusiastic participation in the state govt's developmental initiatives. He expressed optimism that these efforts would pave the way for the state's broader progress, with a particular focus on eliminating Naxalism and integrating tribal communities into mainstream society.
