Kim Soo Hyun is under pressure as another firm sues the actor for violating a contract and seeks 2.8 billion KRW in damages

Actor Kim Soo Hyun, who is already at the centre of a major controversy involving late actress Kim Sae Ron, is now the subject of another lawsuit. Recently it has been revealed that the actor is again being sued by another agency on the basis of advertisements. The news comes after the actor was already sued by two other advertisement agencies a few days ago.
A retail brand that has not yet been named and is being labelled as ‘D’ Has sued the actor and filed for a damages lawsuit against the actor. According to Korean news media outlet YTN Star, the retail company is looking for a compensation of at least 2.8 billion KRW, which stands for around 2 million dollars.
The company is claiming that due to the recent controversy surrounding the actor, he has allegedly breached and violated his advertising contract with the firm.
The news comes only days after it was announced by another media outlet that two advertising agencies are suing Kim Soo Hyun for modelling fees and penalties. Both of the firms also claimed that due to the controversies, they had to face damages which need to be compensated for.
So far Kim Soo Hyun and his agency have adamantly denied that he and Kim Sae Ron dated when she was a minor. Their claim is that the two only got together after she was old enough to be an adult. He has also filed defamation and stalking lawsuits against the late actress’s family members as well as the owner of the YouTube channel Hover Lab.
The actor has been continuously at the centre of various controversies ever since he was accused by the late actress’s family of dating her when she was a minor.
