Suman Indori is not going off air, my role in the show will bring many twists and turns: Angad Hasija

Angad Hasija, who was last seen in TV show Kaise Mujhe Tum Mil Gaye, is all set to enter the show Suman Indori. Angad will play an important role as the new man in Suman's (Ashnoor Kaur) life. Sharing details about his role, Angad said, "I am playing a very powerful politician's son in the show. My character will bring many positive changes in Suman's life and help her fight Devika (Anita Hassanandani) her sister-in-law. Mostly politicians are portrayed in a grey light but my role will be positive and my character will have many shades. The role was meaty and I know the entire team and so it became ideal to become a part of this show."
Angad, who enjoys playing diverse roles shares further, "In Kaise Mujhe I essayed a negative role. My character created a lot of problems. I have been consistently acting in TV shows post the pandemic but it is important that you choose the right roles than just accept them for the sake of it. I was also a part of the TV show Garud and then later I did Pashmina. Over the years, though TV enjoys being a mass medium, it is also important how long a show lasts."
Talking of shows wrapping up soon, there were rumours of Suman Indori going off air, but Angad denies it. He said, "When the makers offered me the role, I did inquire about it but it is not true. There were such rumours but the show is doing well in the current time slot. The last show I did for this channel was Phulwa. So, I am glad after so long, I got an opportunity to be part of this production house and channel."
