Rumi Khan known for featuring in TV shows like Alibaba: Dastaan-E-Kabul and Mahabharat talks about celebrating the festivities of Ramadan. He says, "This is a month of blessing, fasting and charity for me. This holy month brings in a lot of positivity and patience in all of us. It's not just praying and fasting but also time for us to be generous, and compassionate. It is important to give back to those people who are in need."
On Eid, the actor plans to travel to his hometown. He says, "My parents stay in Indore. I haven't been able to visit them due to work. But for Eid, I am planning to go to my hometown and celebrate it with my family. I am looking forward to it."
On the work front, the actor has been focussing on films and is now waiting for it to release. He says, "This month I am not taking up any new work and just waiting for the film which I shot for with Arbaaz Khan to release. It is a very interesting role that I have. I had a really good experience working with him and there are things that I got to learn myself."
Rumi has been part of shows like Sher-e-Punjab: Maharaja Ranjit Singh, Chandragupta Maurya, Chakravartin Ashoka Samrat, Bharat Ka Veer Putra – Maharana Pratap among others. He has also acted in movies like Pathan and Gadar 2: The Katha Continues.
