The bell rings and Knight charges in with shoulder strikes to Fatu's midsection. He follows up with a neckbreaker and sets up for the BFT, but Fatu evades and counters with a Samoan Drop. Knight lifts Fatu again, only for Fatu to reverse it into a crossbody. Knight then dropkicks Fatu’s knee, launches himself out of the ring to take him down, and rolls him back inside.
From the opening bell, it was a nonstop display of power and intensity, as both men went full throttle, unleashing brutal strikes and jaw-dropping moments. The match was packed with OMG-worthy action, keeping fans on the edge of their seats.
At one point, LA Knight nailed his finishing move in mid-air, nearly securing the win—but Fatu showed his resilience by kicking out just in time.
In the end, it was Jacob Fatu who stood tall. After hitting back-to-back moonsaults on LA Knight, Fatu secured the pinfall to claim victory and become the new WWE United States Champion.
