Paul Heyman's favor to CM Punk revealed as WWE SmackDown in Italy ended in a chaotic brawl

WWE Universe in Italy witnessed three of the biggest WWE stars going at each other in a chaotic ending to SmackDown.
The main event of the March 21st edition of WWE SmackDown was not a match. It was three of the biggest WWE superstars, Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins and CM Punk coming together under the same roof amidst the tensions that had been boiling between the trio.
As the dust settled, there was utter chaos spilled all over as SmackDown came to a close in Italy and Paul Heyman’s favor that he owed to CM Punk finally came to light.
It began with Roman Reigns and his Wiseman, Paul Heyman coming out first, much to the ovation of the WWE fans in Italy who acknowledged The Tribal Chief. The OTC addressed the tensions brewing between himself, Seth Rollins and CM Punk that began at the 2025 Royal Rumble Premium Live Event.
Roman Reigns returned to RAW last week since that night and took out both CM Punk and Seth Rollins after their Steel Cage match. Reigns explained that Punk screwed him at the Royal Rumble and he did the same. Similarly, he claimed that Rollins tried to kill him and he did the same to him on RAW.
That led to Seth Rollins making his appearance and confronting Roman Reigns. Rollins claimed that he can’t coexist with him and that Reigns should have let him finish CM Punk on RAW as he is not good for the future of WWE. Hearing those comments about him, CM Punk stormed down to the ring to confront the former Shield brothers. Punk stated that both Rollins and Reigns have never beaten him without each other’s help.
The Best in the World brought up the favor that Paul Heyman owed to him for teaming up with Roman Reigns at the 2024 WWE Survivor Series PLE. CM Punk thanked Paul Heyman for delivering Reigns to him on a silver platter. As a shocked Reigns turned to Heyman who began to reason with him, CM Punk attacked The OTC.

This led to Rollins going after Punk and the brawl was under away between the three top stars. WWE officials intervened to separate them. In the end Punk got on the announce table to point to the WrestleMania 41 sign. However, Seth Rollins dived through and also pointed to the sign ending SmackDown on a chaotic note with the three men still brawling.
