2) Choose Your Tattoo Type

Once inside the shop, you have to interact with the tattoo artist named Dean. It will open up a tattoo menu, where you can browse different options. There are four available tattoo placements that you can end up choosing from:

Face Tattoo – Adds a design to your character’s face.
Chest Tattoo – Covers the chest area of your character with a fancy design.
Left Arm Tattoo – Selected tattoo applied to the left arm of the character.
Right Arm Tattoo – Selected tattoo applied to the right arm of the character.

3) Pay for the Tattoo

Once you complete the transaction, your tattoo will be applied immediately. There is no waiting time, and your character will now have the ink engraved.
