1 cup ragi flour (finger millet flour), 1/4 cup finely chopped onion1/4 cup finely chopped tomato,1� green chilies, 2 tbsp grated carrot or capsicum, 2 tbsp chopped coriander, 1/4 tsp cumin seeds or ajwain, salt to taste, water as needed, oil or ghee for cooking.

Meanwhile, sift the flour, and mix some baking soda, salt, pepper.

To this add in chopped veggies, coriander, cumin or ajwain, and salt. Gradually add water and whisk into a smooth, pourable batter.Let it sit for 10�5 minutes to enhance the flavor.

Heat a non-stick or iron tawa. Drizzle a little oil and spread it.

Pour a ladle of batter and gently spread it into a round shape. Don’t spread too thin. Drizzle a few drops of oil around the edges.
