As per Virat Kohli's video interview, there is one food that he doesn't like and it is karela. While he doesn't like it, as per Ayurveda karela is a nutrient-rich food that can help treat many health issues. It is suggested to drink 10-20 ml of karela juice daily to boost immunity. As per reports, Virat Kohli, known for his fitness, enjoys a variety of foods, including Chole Bhature, Rajma Chawal, and Dal Makhani with Garlic Naan, but he also focuses on a healthy diet with lean proteins and greens.
