DU academic calendar 2020: Summer vacation from June 13 to 30

NEW DELHI: The University of Delhi has released the DU revised academic calendar 2020 on its official website. According to the revised DU academic calendar, the summer vacation for the 2019-2020 year will be between June 13 and 20, 2020.
The official notification in this regard released by the university says that “In pursuance of the University Grants Commission “Guidelines on Examinations and Academic Calendar for the Universities in View of COVID-19 Pandemic and Subsequent Lockdown” dated 29.04.2020, the revised Academic Calendar of the University for the academic session 2019-2020, is hereby notified as under, which is subject to amendment, depending upon the situation emerging out of the prevailing COVID-19 pandemic or any other exigency."

As per the revised calendar, Delhi University will hold the theory examination for final semester or final year students from July 1 to 31, 2020.DU academic session 2020-21 (for 3rd semester/2nd year) and (5th semester/3rd year) will begin on August 1, 2020, and the classes for fresh batch (Ist semester/Year) will commence on September 1, 2020.
