Global Star Ram Charan was recently seen at the Hyderabad airport as he flew to London for a special event. The actor is set to unveil his wax statue at the iconic Madame Tussauds on May 9, 2025. This places the 'RRR' among a select group of Indian celebrities recognized on this global platform.
Flying to London
At the event in London, Ram Charan is expected to be joined by his wife, Upasana Kamineni, and their daughter, Klin Kaara, making it a family affair. After the unveiling, the statues will be permanently displayed at Madame Tussauds Singapore.
As per a Pinkvilla post, the 40-year-old actor as he made his way to the airport was seen in a bearded look in brown airport attire with a black cap. He was surrounded by tight security.
A unique wax figure
What makes this statue unique is that Ram Charan's wax figure will be accompanied by a life-size statue of his beloved pet dog, Rhyme. The announcement of this special statue was made in 2024, along with a viral promotional video showing heartwarming moments between Ram Charan and Rhyme. This is a rare distinction, as only one other celebrity’s pet-the late Queen Elizabeth II’s Corgi has been immortalized in wax alongside its owner.

Ram Charan gained global recognition following the massive success of 'RRR', which also won international acclaim and an Oscar for Best Original Song.
