'Varisu' thanksgiving meet: Vamshi Paidipally gets emotional; thanks Tamil audience for success

Directed by Vamshi Paidipally, Vijay’s ‘Varisu’ was released in theatres on January 11, 2023. The film has made a box office collection of Rs 85 crore in five days and the Telugu version of the film ‘Vaarasudu’ which was released on January 14 has also been received well.
The family drama starring Vijay and Rashmika in the lead roles is performing very well in theatres and the film cast and crew also planned for a thanksgiving ceremony in Chennai on January 16.Director Vamshi Paidipally, Sarathkumar, Shaam, VTV Ganesh, editor Praveen KL, music composer Thaman, Sangeetha Krish attended the success meet.
Talking to a regional media in Chennai, Vamshi Paidipally stated that he is very happy about the success of the movie and thanked the Tamil audience for the support. He stated that he feels at peace after the movie's release. He also thanked actor Vijay for his trust and belief in the movie’s story.
