Anaganaga Oo DheeruduWith movie making of international standard, socio fantasy flick “Anaganaga Oo Dheerudu” is sure to bring families to theatres. Siddharth, Shruti Haasan and Laxmi Manchu playing period characters left the audience wide-eyed in the two-minute promo. A multilingual film directed by Prakash Kovelamudi, “AOD” is the most talked about movie in film circles for its grandeur, visual effects, makeup and costume.
ShaktiNTR- Illeana starrer “Shakti” being produced by Aswini Dutt is supposedly one of the most expensive films of 2011. Tarak reportedly postponed his wedding for the making of this film. Directed by Meher Ramesh, “Shakti” if it turns out to be a hit, will place Junior NTR in number one position in Tollywood. Considered a semi periodic, the film releases this summer with huge expectations.
BadrinathAllu Arjun-Tamannah starrer “Badrinath” is being directed by
V V Vinayak. Bunny went to Vietnam for a few months to learn martial arts for this film. He grew his hair and this hints at an action thriller in the making. The film’s budget is estimated at `37 crore. Bollywood star Nana Patekar is supposedly playing an important role. High stakes and Allu Arjun’s hard work make this release ‘to be watched out for’.
Chai-Tamannah Film:Geeta Art’s that’s producing this romantic film, released the first look of the flick. Naga Chaitanya and Tamannah are portrayed as bookworms in a library. Aimed at a young audience, director Sukumar is set to encash on the euphoria of Nagachaitanya’s “Ye Maya Chesave”.
Vasthadu Naa RajuDimpled star Vishnu Manchu's "VNR" directed by Bollywood director Hemanth Madhukar is touted as prospective money spinner for the actor-producer of the film. Manisharma's music is already a hit on the charts. Starring Taapsee and Prakash Raj, "VNR" will see Vishnu as a sportsman. It’s an interesting film to watch out for as Vishnu reportedly dances quite a bit and has performed rare stunts aka Akshay Kumar.
EegaNever before has a director chosen such a funny title for a film. "Eega" meaning 'fly' is a story of how the villain kills the protagonist who is reborn a fly, to avenge his death. Directed by ace director Rajamouli who made “Maryadaramanna” in 2010, "Eega" is the newest experiment in Telugu cinema. With loads of visual effects, "Eega" stars Nani in the lead. Rajamouli has now become a brand that's a major at the box office.

The audio trailer of his upcoming film "Autonagar Surya" with the punch line, ‘Nenu Cheyesthe Repair Cheyalenidi Edi Ledu’ is already a hit on social networking sites. The story based on trade unions in Vijayawada, Autonagar Surya is set to be thinking man's cinema. Who says you should leave your brains behind before you watch Telugu movies? Not for a Deva Katta film for sure!
DookuduMahesh Babu and
Samantha starrer "Dookudu" with hit machine Srinu Vytla as the director will decide the fate of Mahesh Babu's career. Since his earlier film didn't meet expectations, sources say he is leaving no stone unturned to make a come back. The film finished its shoot in Dubai, Turkey and Gujarat already. This season's favourite music composer S S Thaman is roped in to do chartbusters for the film. "Dookudu" is a film to look out for as Mahesh is detertmined to bounce back.
Nenu Naa RaakshasiDirected by Puri Jagannath, "Nenu Naa Raakshasi" is a film that's aroused moviegoer curiosity as it portrays Rana Daggubati in a commercial format, rumoured to be playing a professional killer. In his debut "Leader", Rana was seen with rimless glasses and neta attire. Critics are eager to see Rana's action in his second film. In "Nenu Naa Rakshasi", he is all hep with an upped stylometer. He will be seen romancing Ileana in this rom com. What's more, Bappi Lahari's son is debuting as music director in T-town with this movie. The film will hit the screens in the first quarter of 2011.

Dharani. Devi Sri Prasad is composing the tunes for this film and ace cinematographer P C Sreeram is working for this project too. Cherry is believed to have made minor changes to this project post his last film's debacle. It will be worth the wait to see if the pair will go on to break box office records again!
