Actress – sports woman Prachi Tehlan is often noted for her enviable height and fitness. Prachi, who was the captain of Indian netball team before she became a model and actress, recently said that working out is extremely important for her, in a social media post.
Prachi says, “Workouts have been a major part of my life! One thing I realised over a period of time is that involving yourself in any physical activity helps you maintain an emotional balance in your life making you feel good and happy about yourself.

The day I work out.. I am a much happier and a motivated person compared to the days I don’t workout. Just a little extra push of giving yourself an hour a day is going to make all the difference.”
The actress, who won many fans through the song ‘Mookkuthi Mookkuthi Kandilla’ in her debut Malayalam movie ‘Mamaangam,’ played a character named Unnimaya, an entertainer, in the film. There were many rumours that she is also part of the upcoming Malayalam film ‘Ram,’ starring Mohanlal. Prachi’s acting debut was through a TV series named ‘Diya Aur Baati Hum’ and she debuted in movies through a Punjabi movie titled ‘Arjan,’ in the year 2017. Her role in the series ‘Ikyawaan,’ in which she played a notable character named Susheel Parekh, was also quite popular. In the year 2017, she has also starred in a Punjabi movie titled ‘Bailaras.’
