These movies haunting me, such is the impact his films leave on audiences. When I did some recce on how he was able to do such movies, I got to know about how he pens each character
N Lakshminarayana: He is one of the most underrated directors in Sandalwood history. His movies like Bettada Hoovu, Abachurina Post Office and Uyyale are all classics, but still many don’t know his name. I still love to watch Bettada Hoovu which is a children's movie that can be watched even today.
H S Phani Ramachandra: His movies like Gowri Ganesh always entertain. When we do movies we think about how we can capture the audience and Phani Ramachandra was amazing in striking a chord with viewers.
Vijay Reddy: His films Gandadha Gudi, Mayura, Sannadi Appana, Naanu Ninna Bidallare Srinivasa Kalyana, Bhaktha Prahlada and Huli Halina Mevu are all different from each other, so he is one of my all-time favourite directors.
Duniya Soori: I like his craft of cinema making. Even though his writing doesn’t seem strong, he manages to make it right through the edit. Such is the mastery he has over his craft.
