Babruvahana cinematographer S C Srikanth is no more

Veteran Sandalwood cinematographer S C Srikanth breathed his last today at his residence in Bengaluru. He was 87. He had worked as a cinematographer for over 40 years.
In his career, he has worked as a cinematographer for 60 films like Swarnagiri, Bahaddur Gandu, Naa Ninna Bidalare, Ade Kannu, Shravana Banth, Vijay Vikarama, Yedakallu Guddada Mele and more.He had won state awards for the movie Gejje Pooje, Upasane and Margadarshi.
He had won accolades for using trick shots for the popular movie Babruhavana. The Sandalwood industry has mourned the death of the cinematographer.
