Triptii Dimri to star opposite Shahid Kapoor in Vishal Bhardwaj’s ‘Arjun Ustara’

After the success of ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3’, the Bollywood actress Triptii Dimri is all set to team up with Shahid Kapoor for the upcoming film ‘Arjun Ustara’ which is directed by the veteran Vishal Bharadwaj.

According to News 18, Triptii will be playing the female lead in the movie and the pre-production works are already underway. Reportedly a massive studio is set up in Mumbai and the movie will reportedly go on floors from January 6, 2025.



Although many details about ‘Arjun Ustara’ are yet to be unveiled by the makers, the prospect of the ‘Animal’ star teaming up with the ‘Kabir Singh’ star looks quite interesting and also it marks the first collaboration between the two, heightening the expectations from the fans of Triptii Dimri and Shahid Kapoor. Reports also say that the makers are aiming for a 2025 grand release for ‘Arjun Ustara’.


Meanwhile, Triptii Dimri has yet another highly awaited project in the pipeline which is the sequel to the superhit film ‘Dhadak’. Earlier Karan Johar shared the release date for the movie by unveiling a motion poster and penned a note on Instagram that read, “यह कहानी है थोड़ी अलग क्यूंकि एक था राजा, एक थी रानी - जात अलग थी...ख़तम कहानी Presenting Dhadak 2 starring Siddhant Chaturvedi & Triptii Dimri. Directed by Shazia Iqbal. #Dhadak2 in cinemas 22nd November 2024.”
