2025 started on a horrifying note for Bollywood with Saif Ali Khan’s stabbing incident. With proper medical attention, the actor has been able to recover at a nice pace. However, there is a fraction of people, who are surprised, shocked, and raising eyebrows at Saif’s quick recovery. Saif’s co-star Jaideep Ahlawat from ‘Jewel Thief - The Heist Begins’ recently reacted on the matter.
"I know he is hurt. I have seen those marks and everything," said ‘Pataal Lok’ actor as he commented during a conversation with Hindustan Times.
Further, highlighting Saif’s professionalism, he added, "That is the point that he took it in the right way and came back to work. He gave that priority to his work."
Jaideep who has earlier worked with Kareena Kapoor Khan in ‘Jaane Jaan,’ earlier told ANI that after the incident, he texted the couple to know about their well-being. He even urged paps to be extra sensitive in matters like this and said, "Ajeeb lagta hai dekhkar (It feels weird)...I recently saw a video of a reporter chasing the actor's car in an unsafe way to get the visuals...it's so dangerous. Thoda bhaut sabko sochna chahiye (Everyone needs to think a little)."
Meanwhile, Saif Ali Khan who is trying to ensure that nothing stops the momentum of his life, attended the event of ‘Jewel Thif’ with a cast on his arm and a bandage on his neck. Speaking at the event, Saif said, “It’s very nice to be standing here in front of you…it feels very nice to be here. I’m very excited about this movie. Siddharth and I have been talking about this for a long time. I’ve always wanted to do a heist film, and I couldn’t have asked for a better co-star (touches Jaideep’s shoulder). Basically, it's a lovely movie, and I’m very excited.”
