Dino Morea, known for his roles in films like 'Raaz' has recently opened up about the challenges he faced in his career. As he prepares for the release of 'Housefull 5,' Morea shared a candid account of his experiences in the entertainment industry.

Dino Morea began his journey in the entertainment world as a model in the 1990s, working with several prominent fashion brands. His acting career took off with the television series 'Captain Vyom,' followed by notable roles in films like 'Kandukondain Kandukondain' and 'Raaz.'. The latter, released in 2002, was a significant turning point for Morea, as it catapulted him to fame alongside Bipasha Basu.

Despite this success, Morea faced numerous setbacks. In an interview with Pinkvilla, Morea shared a shocking experience where he was replaced in a film without being informed. Despite having signed a two-film contract with a prominent director and producer, he discovered through a newspaper article that another actor had taken his role just ten days before the shoot was set to begin. "I saw it in the newspaper that someone else was doing the film," he recalled.
Morea noted that such incidents were common in the industry, where contracts often held little weight. His managers advised him against pursuing the matter, fearing it could harm his relationships with influential filmmakers. Despite this setback, Morea emphasized that it did not significantly impact his career, as he had other projects lined up.
Despite facing setbacks, Dino has found success in OTT projects like 'Mentalhood,' 'Hostages,' 'Tandav,' 'The Empire,' and 'Kaun Banegi Shikharwati.' He was last seen in 'Mere Husband Ki Biwi,' starring Arjun Kapoor and Bhumi Pednekar. OTT platforms have revitalized his career, offering him diverse roles and a new audience.
