Piyush Mishra recently brought his musical concert, Ballimaaraan, to Lucknow.
Rahul Gandhi, the curator of the show, began the event with a warm greeting to the audience and an introduction to the band. Amidst applause and cheers, Piyush then took center stage.
Piyush said, “Lucknow is the city of Urdu adab, poets and poetry—rich in literature and culture. It always feels good to be back. Ballimaaraan is the street in Old Delhi where poet Mirza Ghalib once lived, and this concert is a tribute to his legacy.”
