Who is the Death Devil in Chainsaw Man? Exploring the primary antagonist of Academy Saga

From what we can see right now, the Death Devil is not going to make a debut anytime soon before Chainsaw Man Season 4 or Season 5. As of now, there is only one season of the anime and it has covered just 38 chapters from the manga. And the debut of Death Devil happened in Chapter 195.
