SSC GD Constable Exam 2025: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is closing the registration window for the SSC GD Constable Exam 2025 today, October 14, 2024. Candidates who are eligible and have not yet submitted their applications must do so by visiting the official website at ssc.gov.in before the deadline.

This examination is being conducted to recruit Constables (GD) for the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs) and SSF, Riflemen (GD) in Assam Rifles, and Sepoys in the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB).

The vacancy details for each department are as follows: the Border Security Force (BSF) has 15,654 available positions, the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) has 7,145, the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) offers 11,541 positions, and the Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) has 819. Additionally, there are 3,017 positions in the Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP), 1,248 in Assam Rifles (AR), 35 in the Special Security Force (SSF), and 22 positions in the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB).

Candidates should note that the application fee is ₹100. However, female candidates and those belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), and Ex-Servicemen (ESM) eligible for reservation are exempted from paying the fee.
