SP crime Rahul Gupta said that police made a breakthrough by arresting two suspects from Madanpalle in Andhra Pradesh on Tuesday. The suspects in custody are Syed Usman, 54, from Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh, and Mohammad Mohebbulla, 30, from Gurgaon, Haryana.

The accused allegedly created an escort website posting obscene photos of women along with contact details. Customers would contact the given number, and after confirmation, the accused passed on the information to other agents. The accused fixed the deals, and customers paid via cash, Google Pay, or Paytm, obtaining a commission.

The investigation has also revealed that the accused operated similar escort service websites in major Indian cities, including Bangalore and Chennai. Police stated that the website in question has now been blocked.

Further investigation is underway to trace others involved.
